This Thursday & Friday, weโre asking our Mackay Gymnastics community to wear yellow to class to acknowledge R U OK? Day! ๐
Coaches and gymnasts are encouraged to come along dressed in yellow and help us spread the message that a conversation can make a difference.

โจ Please wear your usual appropriate class attire with yellow added where possible.
๐ซ No tutus, hair chalk, face paint or socks (unless socks are required for your class).
