Team Gym is a team competitive program where athletes compete on Single Mini Tramp, Tumble and Floor as a group. All ages and abilities can compete in these teams. Competitions are both in Mackay, State and Nationally, but are relaxed in nature
Display Gymnastics is a performance based program with gymnasts coming together as a team for both training and performances. The team develops a number of routines anywhere in length from a few minutes up to 15 minutes that can be modified for many different areas and surfaces. Each routine contains components from other Gymsports such as Artistic Gymnastics, Rhythmic Gymnastics, and Acrobatic Gymnastics. The team is open to both males and females, young and old.
The highlight for this team is participation in events such as the Annual State Gymfest, Bi-yearly Aussie Gymfest, and the World Gymnaestrada held every 4 years in Europe.
