This is our flipping program where kids can come and safely learn how to fly through the air. Learning basic techniques without the polish of competitive gymnastics. There are 2 age groups Junior for Primary school aged children, and Senior for High School age and above.

ADULT GYMNASTICS
You are never too old to do gymnastics. Come and learn at your own level and pace. Set your goals and our experienced coaches will help you get to where you want to go. This class also works on strength and flexibility.
GYMABILITY
GymAbility is a more specific program that is designed to suit all levels of physical and mental ability. Our qualified coaches are trained to adapt movements to suit everyone’s needs while delivering a gymnastics experience that is safe, enjoyable and enables every participant to reach their potential.
