Kindergym
Kindergym is an early education program, focusing on all aspects of learning for the pre prep gymnast. Ages start at 4 months. We focus on gross motor, fine motor, arial awareness and social skills. We believe that play and educating our future generations is time well spent.
Gym Mix
Gym Mix is an introduction to gymnastics program. In this 1 hour class we teach the gymnasts confident body management and basic gymnastics shapes and strength. In each lesson we do beam, bars, trampoline and tumble. We also introduce Acrobatics and Hand apparatus. All classes are taught by our qualified coaching staff and is taught in a fun and friendly method.
Action Acrobats
Action Acrobats is a fun-based learning class where the basics of gymnastics are taught. Your child will roll, cartwheel, balance and swing to new heights in this safe and exciting class.
